Since recovering from six years of M.E. Elaine Wilkins has dedicated her passion and energy to develop coaching programmes and protocols for the physical, emotional and spiritual recovery of destructive conditions like M.E, Chronic fatigue syndrome and Fibromyalgia. Elaine is a living example of her belief that 'Living Authentically is the key to supreme health and wellbeing.
