About the Author

Susan Bewsey is an entrepreneur who got her start in the employment services industry. Together with her husband she established, launched, and grew an international home-cleaning franchise business. After more than a decade of start-up successes, she became a small-business development and service consultant in the service industry, coupling her experience with education in the public and private sectors of banking and finance.
