Deepak L Bhatt, MD, FACC, FSCAI, FESC, is Director of The Cleveland Clinic Interventional Cardiology Fellowship Program. His research interests include the optimal management of patients with acute coronary syndromes, including myocardial infarction. Dr Bhatt also has research interests in advanced techniques in coronary, cerebral, and peripheral angiography and intervention. He is on the editorial board of Acute Coronary Syndromes and the Journal of Invasive Cardiology. Dr Bhatt is the author of numerous research papers, and the co-editor of the Handbook of Acute Coronary Syndromes (Remedica Publishing, November 2003).
