Gr 5-8-This beautiful rendition of the beloved novel includes the first and second parts of the story, and a prologue tells about the author. Although the language has been simplified for younger audiences, the narrative maintains its integrity and includes all the important adventures of Don Quixote, such as the encounter with the windmills. Lively watercolors are expressive and capture the story's sense of adventure.
