Thailand is such a great country, and really done justice to with this travel guide from Lonely Planet. In order to choose what holiday for us to save up to we bought four of the Lonely Planet 'Discover' guides - "New York", "Italy", "Thailand", and "Australia". We found the most exiting and diverse country was Thailand, and even though (as always) the country was way better than the travel guide we found it to be very informing and up to date. Prices and destinations included were accurately described. Definitely worth a try. The 'Discover' series is completely in colour, way better than those old black and white country guides!
