Sara Coward is best known to millions of BBC Radio 4 listeners as Caroline Sterling in The Archers. Over the years, Caroline's colourful career has attracted labels from "the thinking man's totty" to "the Ambridge bike"! Caroline has appeared in episodes with Princess Margaret, The Duke of Westminster and recently Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall. A professional actor since she left university, Sara has worked extensively in theatres throughout the UK and is currently touring Wicked Women - a celebration of outrageous womanhood - with Sunny Ormonde, the famous voice of Lilian Bellamy. Sara also records audio books and film narratives, presents popular after-dinner entertainments and makes the occasional foray into TV. She has often been asked to write scripts; this is the first time she has succumbed, simply because her conversations with Sati, her beloved rescue dog, took on a life of their own.
