"Destination Innovation gives a practical how-to guide for helping creativity and risk-taking take root in your business. By explaining the paradox between productivity and creativity, by exploring a leaders words versus intentions, and by defining the role HR must play in shaping organizational culture we get a sense that innovation is a competitive advantage!" --Chris Burkhard, President and Founder, Outside In Companies

"Innovation is a thread that weaves throughout our company and is part of our organizational fabric. In the spirit of innovation we champion intuitive thinking, encourage 'what if?' conversations, and applaud 'why not?' attitudes. We recognize that our thriving innovative culture is the key to sustaining independence, driving associate engagement, growing customer advocacy, and returning value to our owners. Destination Innovation ably explores these themes. It is a compelling read for HR and business leaders." --Peggy H. Eddens, Executive Vice President, Chief Human Capital Officer, WSFS Bank
