About the Author

Peter Rogers spent 18 years as a Costs Judge, and continues to sit regularly as a Deputy, thereby ensuring up-to-date information on developments in the Senior Courts Costs Office and the High Court and, increasingly, the Court of Appeal. Michael Bacon is a costs lawyer, advisor and lecturer, and therefore is in constant contact with developments around the country. He is a member of the Association of Law Costs Draftsmen (ALCD).
