Michael Spence worked for many years worked with social, economic, and legal thoughts which were alive at the founding of the first Waldorf school in Stuttgart, Germany. Though it was closed by Nationalists in 1941 for its free thinking approach, the school had established new ways of working with money and financial forms based on Rudolf Steiner's vision for a new economy and social forms. Michael Spence worked at Emerson College n Forest Row, England, where he had the opportunity to implement these forms with considerable success.
