Reviews

"Construction Law is a monumental work in its scope, its depth and its encyclopaedic review of a vast body of case law. It is a work which all construction lawyers should possess." Building and Construction Law "Construction Law is an extremely useful point of reference for any practitioner regularly dealing with issues arising on construction projects in England, Wales and Australia. Given the scope of the book, there is unlikely to be an issue on which it will not provide some assistance Construction Law is an extremely useful point of reference for any practitioner regularly dealing with issues arising on construction projects in England, Wales and Australia. Andrew Croft, Beale and Company Solicitors "The utility of this work for practitioners is made all the more effective by the approach adopted by the author. The principles of construction law are stated in the body of the text with the authorities, texts and articles largely consigned to the footnotes. Accordingly, the practitioner has a spring board to delve more deeply into the detail if required. In time, it is to be expected that this book will become a standard work of reference for practitioners in construction law. It is a valuable addition to any construction law library."
