Ghillie Basan has journeyed widely through Asia and the Middle East
and has written several highly acclaimed cookbooks. Vilma Laus was
born in the Philippines and trained at the Cordon Bleu Cookery
School. She now runs a catering business, specializing in Filipino
banquets.
