About the Author

Ian Osborn, MD, is a psychiatrist at Penn State University and Clearfield-Jefferson Mental Heath Center who lives in State College, Pennsylvania. He struggled with and overcame Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder in his own life and now lectures frequently on OCD and its treatment. He is also the author of Tormenting Thoughts and Secret Rituals: The Hidden Epidemic of Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder.
