Bishop Bethea is currently the Shepherd of Perfecting Ministries-New Gospel Missionary Baptist Church where he constantly seeks ways to reach the lost souls and integrate them into the ministry. Bishop Bethea answered the Lord's call to preach the Gospel, and to minister to the people who God has given him, with the motto: "Perfecting the Purpose of Jesus Christ".
