Every second gone is one less to live. This could be a depressing
perspective. But in Stephen Cherry's thoughtful and wise book, the
lessons he teaches serve a far better purpose. Simply and
concisely, he shows us how to use the time that we know we have, to
reach the potential that we think we might have. Being too busy is
an excuse. It is a delight to read a book that gives you permission
to stop, to get off the treadmill, to take a deep breath and think
about what you are doing, why, and where it is taking you.
