About the Author

Trish Bare Grounds is the USTU Medical Co-ordinator & Head Athletic Trainer for the US National Taekwondo Team. She is a Certified & Licensed Athletic Trainer (ATC/L) and Strength & Conditioning Specialist and she holds an MS degree in Sports Medicine. Currently, Trish is a doctoral student and instructor at the University of Florida's Sports Medicine/Athletic Training Program.
